Continuing Education Manager
Manages day-to-day operations of continuing education programs ensuring client satisfaction. This includes coordinating logistics of major events, responding to questions, complaints, inquiries, and registrations and solving problems as they arise. Communicates, implements, and interprets policies and procedures for customers. Assists with identifying and evaluating opportunities for strategic program growth and advancement. This includes translating educational content into online formats. Assists in evaluating program effectiveness. This includes preparing activity and progress reports regarding the performance of the department, developing program goals and evaluating program curriculum, policies, and procedures, and administering the department’s computerized databases. Oversees department’s social media accounts. Manages special projects as directed by the Director or Deputy Dean for Curriculum. Supervises one to two student workers.
